    Subject: Organizational Behavior
    Form of study: full-time
    Subjetc´s goals: The study of the subject is focused on acquiring knowledge and practical skills for study, analysis, interpretation and influence the behavior of people in the military and non-military organizations for achieving the objectives of the Organization and their effectiveness.

    The students:

    • He/she can apply knowledge of organizational behavior, applied sociology and psychology, management and andragogy in the leadership of subordinates, in particular in their education and training. He/she applies the basic tools of scientific research and he/she can them used in the organizational environment.

    • He/she guides measures to prevent conflicts inside the unit, manages the adaptation of the people. He/she Identifies the possible sources and causes of conflict situations and suggests appropriate ways to address them. He/she uses knowledge of the elements of personality to its effective influence.

    The students:

    • Characterized by the principles of the formation and functioning of the Organization and the underlying processes affecting their existence (communication, power, decision-making).
    • He/she can explain the terminology, classification, theory and models to influence individuals, work groups and military organizations-units and the possibility of their use.

    • He/she can describe the historical and social context of the creation and the functioning of the organization. He/she can present the theory of leadership and its relationship to the practice of command and control.
    • He/she can compare styles, methods and techniques of management of people with regard to their merits and demerits. He/she knows the structure of personality.

    • He/she rationalizes approaches to management of the organization and their application in military units.

    • He/she It is able to, according to the evolving context and the available resources, to define the terms of reference for professional activities, coordinate, and bear the ultimate responsibility for their results, even in the context of the organizational culture.

    Subject continuity: The course builds on studies in the subjects of Psychology, Sociology, Andragogy, Management, Managerial decision making, Leadership, Human Resource Management in the Armed Forces.
    Conditions for successful completion of the course:

    Didactic test, case study and her defence with using presentation-project teaching. Verbal final exam.
