    Subject: Crisis Management
    Form of study: full-time
    Subjetc´s goals: The course is aimed at basis aspects of crisis management in the Czech Republic and armed forces.  It presents relationship between public administration and self-administration, place and role of Army of the Czech Republic in solution of crisis situation of non-military character at territory. The course is orienting students in problem of crisis management in NATO and EU.
    Learning outcomes:
    • skills:

    Student:

    • is able to explain the place and role of the state and local administrative in the field of crisis management; he understands the integrated rescue system and the principles of its use.
    • is able to orient himself in practical exercises and apply the acquired knowledge in the planning and implementation of measures in the field of crisis situations.
    • applies knowledge of psychology training into dealing managing of extraordinary events.
    • abilities:

    Student:

    • is familiar with the conceptual apparatus of crisis management, with legislation and internal normative acts; he understands and remembers its meaning.
    • is also familiar with the awareness of the state conscription, critical infrastructure protection, and economic measures for crisis situations and logistic support for crisis situations.
    • competences:

    Student:

    • is able to work with literature, legal material, national and international document in solution of crisis situation.
    • is able to analyse crisis situations, to draw conclusions and recommendations for solutions.
    • organizes management and the activities of small work teams.
    • controls the basic principles of crisis communication.
    Subject continuity: For the study of the subject is necessary to have knowledge of courses "Risk Management", "Security Management" and „Managerial decision making”.
    Conditions for successful completion of the course:

    - group project and its defense,
    - 2 - 3 tests of results,
    - individual speech student-teacher (1 month before an exam),
    - the object ends by an examination.

    Educational goal: Introduce students with basic terms in Integrated Rescue System, structure, cooperation and responsibilities of public authorities in relation to the Integrated Resrcue System.

    Educational goal: Introduce students with characteristics and division of operations, command and control system and cooperation and Joint Opeations Centre.
