    Subjetc´s goals: It is aimed at explanation the essence of social communication and applying their knowledge in management and leadership subordinates.
    Learning outcomes:
    • skills:

    The students:

    • to apply communication and presentation skills in leadership
    • generate an appropriate feedback depending on the communication situation
    • leading effective team communication with subordinate units.
    • abilities:

    The students:

    • principles of effective verbal and nonverbal communication, including the basics of media relations and armed forces,
    • principles of knowledge sharing, communication and presentation skills in leadership,
    • effective team communication.
    • competences:

    The graduates in the subject:

    • Students will be able to present their own opinions clearly and convincingly before professionals and the wider community of experts;
    • they will be also able to clearly summarize the opinions of other team members.
    Subject continuity:

    This course uses knowledge and skills from Psychology, Leadership I. and II., Adult Education, Management, Organizational Behaviour.

    It can be also useful for Professional ethics and Social behavior and Training in the field I., Preparing in the field II. and Military Intelligence Service.
    Conditions for successful completion of the course:

    Evaluation of separate communication activities of students – presentation skills, interview skills, final test.
